Advanced Coaching with Groups and Teams (AATC) September 2024

You’ll receive 72.5 hours of accredited coach training, which included 6 hours of coach supervision as part of the course.
This course is designed to teach the underlying systems in groups and teams, and how to properly use yourself as a coach to enhance their process. We focus on levels of system and the mechanics of contracting, as well as how to manage your own presence in these situations.
Prerequisites for the course:
- ICF coach certification (any level)
- Some experience working in groups, or with groups
- Interest in deepening your coaching skills.
Schedule:
Pre-work: Virtual – starts August 12 through the Engage platform.
In-person: September 10 – 12, 2024
Post-work: Virtual – one meeting a week for 90 minutes, plus self-managed group work. September 18 through November 27, 2024
This course is an ICF Accredited AATC and will satisfy the full training and coach supervision requirements for the ACTC certification.
