At the core of LeaderNAVTM are the Leadership MultiRater assessments. Each assessment is made up of 136 questions and is distributed to an employee’s colleagues. It’s important that a variety of people at different levels in the organization are a part of the rater group. The questions focus on a variety of behaviors including Emotional Intelligence, leadership styles and perception factors.
Once complete, LeaderNAVTM uses the results of individual Leadership MultiRater assessments to provide HR, talent development personnel or other executives with a single-page overview of all employees that took the assessment. This allows the business to make intelligent decisions regarding leadership development resources.
